The Business Talk system supports multi-site networking technology. The common functionality and architecture allows the ipLDK20 to seamlessly integrate in to a network of ipLDK systems – ideal for stand alone or as a branch office system.
At any moment you can upgrade your system to include voicemail and an automated attendant. With 200 minutes of recording time and up to three messages being retrieved or recorded at any one time, you never have to miss a message again.
The system comes in either analogue or digital configuration – this refers to the type of phone lines to the office, not the type of handset the system uses. Business Talk 20 uses the latest in digital handsets to ensure calls are clear and features are easy to use. The system is also ideal for small offices with ISDN lines.
A hot desking feature allows employees to move between desks taking their extension and personal speed dials, etc, with them.
Home or remote offices can be connected, giving you a transparent connection to your office system making it ideal for the business traveller. If you're working remotely, the special Softphone software can be installed onto your laptop giving you the freedom to be part of your business phone system from anywhere in the world via available broadband services.
The system can also link your mobile to your desk extension allowing you to take calls when you are out and transfer them back into other system extensions.
